2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Hi-Bond Tapes Limited reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User. D. The foregoing provisions of Section 5 are for the benefit of Hi-Bond Tapes Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hi-Bond Tapes Limited, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of Hi-Bond Tapes Limited by User or User's Account.

17. TERMINATION

Either Hi-Bond Tapes Limited or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Hi-Bond Tapes Limited shall have the right to immediately terminate User's Account in the event of any conduct by User which Hi-Bond Tapes Limited, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.

18. LAW
This Agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Clear Diamond and User relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter.
